Our referral process

1. You send a referral

Use the referral form on this page, or fax it to (909) 985-6530. Include the child's basic information, insurance, and a short note on the reason for referral.

2. We handle insurance and eligibility

Our team checks the child's coverage and takes care of the authorization paperwork.

  • IEHP: A referral is usually enough to get started.

  • Commercial insurance: An autism diagnosis is usually required. We help families through the approval process.

3. Assessment and therapy begin

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) completes an assessment and builds a personalized treatment plan. Then in-home therapy begins. We keep your office updated along the way.

    • We verify your insurance coverage to determine eligibility for ABA services.

    • We provide a cost estimate for ABA services.

    • If you choose to move forward, we schedule an in-home assessment.

    • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will meet with you and your child to develop a personalized treatment plan.

    • Once the assessment is complete and approved, therapy sessions can begin.

    • Our dedicated team of behavior technicians will work with your child to achieve meaningful progress.
