    • Contact us via phone, email, or our website contact form so that we can answer any questions you have about ABA, your coverage, and how to pay for services.

    • Provide basic information about your child and your goals for ABA therapy.

    • Schedule a free consultation.

    • Discuss your child’s needs and how we can help.

    • We verify your insurance coverage to determine eligibility for ABA services.

    • We provide a cost estimate for ABA services.

    • If you choose to move forward, we schedule an in-home assessment.

    • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will meet with you and your child to develop a personalized treatment plan.

    • Once the assessment is complete and approved, therapy sessions can begin.

    • Our dedicated team of behavior technicians will work with your child to achieve meaningful progress.

Referral Process

1.Fill Out the Referral Form

  • Provide patient details & medical history.

  • Include any supporting documents (if applicable).

2. We Handle Insurance & Authorization

  • IEHP Patients: No diagnosis required—just a referral!

  • Commercial Insurance: Requires an autism diagnosis.

  • Our team guides families through approvals.

3. BCBA Assessment & Therapy Begins!

  • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts an evaluation.

  • A personalized treatment plan is developed, and therapy sessions begin.
